WATER EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
- Locate and isolate the source of the water leak
- Call a qualified plumber to begin repairs on the source of the leak

- Block up heavy items to reduce contact with water or wet carpeting.
- Remove area rugs and wet articles from floor and place in bathtub or shower.
- Lift drapery from contact with carpet by using a clothing hanger on the curtain rod.
- Contact your local insurance carrier to arrange for inspection by insurance adjustor.
- Unplug electrical appliances and remove from contact with flow of water.
- Set temperature of heating system to a maximum of 60 degrees, DO NOT INCREASE HEAT TO DRY.
- If only a small area is effected water can be removed by applying towels and standing on the towel to increase absorption.
